Fit To Be
Freestyle Connection presents, Fit To Be: a short bio documentary about Coach Carl Paoli.
Once you nailed burpee level 2, you’ve done most of the work. Level 2 is the hardest one to get through. Now, let’s dive into burpee level 3+4.
Once you’ve nailed the jumping and landing positions, you’re ready for the most basic burpee. It’s important to spend time and nail the positions with good mechanics from the beginning in order to achieve the highest level burpee, avoid injuries, and build a long lasting, strong body.
Part 1 of a 3 part series breaks down the burpee and it’s importance in movement. This series is applicable to all levels and will teach you how to efficiently do burpees. We break it down to foot position, hip position, landing position, pushup mechanics, and kipping/bowing.
“When I look back on my life to date there are a handful of meaningful moments that come to mind. All of these moments have been marked by a powerful change.” – Carl Paoli
