Freestyle Connection Workshop: Raleigh, USA

This workshop designed to be an exploration of movement thru the Freestyle Connection framework. The seminar will help attendees set movements standard and learn to create universal progressions.

Specifically Carl will address:
– Freestyle Connection Framework. A universal language for movement.
– Principles of Motor Control
– Pushing and Pullling
– The theory of Blocking Movement.

This seminar is designed to help you:
* Turn on and trust your intuition about movement
* Use tools that help optimize imperfect movement
* Tap into the universal movement patterns and progressions underlying all disciplines
* Use Carl Paoli’s movement framework to create roadmaps for your physical success
* Learn what being strong really means

The second part of the workshop, Carl will teach you the most powerful tools he has learned and developed over 15 years of being an athlete and over a decade of coaching athletes of all levels.

These tools include getting to know yourself and your strengths and ultimately learn how to maximize the application of your strengths to your craft, regardless if you are a coach, athlete or someone who simply wants to improve their leadership skills.

The workshop will consist in written and physical movement exercises designed to:

– Find and define your strengths.
– Understand movement development and progression.
– Use your body as a bridge to improve communication and coaching cues.
– Learn Carl’s Framework of Observation, Description and Progression to further develop self, environmental and ultimately social awareness.
– Develop Leadership skills.
