Freestyle Connection Muscle Up Master Class: San Francisco, CA

Join author and movement coach Carl Paoli for an intensive functional fitness muscle up workshop. This workshop will cover the different styles of muscle ups as well as help develop progressions for all styles. Carl will share movement prep, from mobility to strength exercises, specific drills, and coaching and spotting exercises. Participants will gain transferable insight on the muscle up that will apply to every aspect of your performance. All levels of ability are welcome and encouraged to attend.
